About Ayurveda
Dating back over 6,000 years, Ayurveda comes from the Sanskrit words “Ayur” (life) and “Veda” (science), meaning the “Science of Life.”
This ancient Indian holistic system offers a comprehensive path to health by emphasizing balance in diet, lifestyle, and mental well-being. It integrates herbal therapies, body detoxification techniques, energy balancing methods, and spiritual practices like yoga and meditation to achieve complete harmony between the body, mind, and soul.

- Vamana (Therapeutic Emesis)
Herbal formulations are used to induce vomiting and clear toxins (Kapha) from the respiratory system.

- Nasya (Nasal Cleansing)
Herbal oils or ghee are dropped into the nose to purify the sinuses and nervous system.

3. Post-Cleansing Recovery Stage
- Rasayana (Rejuvenation Therapy): Healing foods like medicated rice porridge are consumed.
- Herbal Oil Baths and Oil Pulling: Detox through skin and oral cleansing.
- Yoga and Meditation: Balance energy flow and strengthen therapy results.
Treatment Duration:
The recommended complete therapy cycle is 21 days (7 days preparation, 7 days detox, and 7 days rejuvenation) with strict dietary restrictions (avoid spicy and cold foods). Maintenance with herbal powders and ginger water after therapy is encouraged.
